Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lumonics Ltd 0630-571-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lvd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Markem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Marposs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lvd such as the LCD120186 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ENM3789 manufactured by Markem and we are pleased to be able to service most Markem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7314280C01 by Manufacturer Marposs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Manitowoc Brand ATV31HU55N4S304 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Matsuura such as EN400609A equipment made by Matsuura have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Matsuura products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Matsuura" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 702834 made by Max-Motosports as well as the popular 83028C0043 original spares produced by Marposs

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAPP2200 by Mapp2200-Smart-Vision-Inspection and EN400609A spares by Matsuura are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 118401 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetic.
